Use the AI to translate products instantly — If you've written a product name and description in German, use the AI Translate feature to generate French and English versions in one click. No need to type translations manually — the AI handles tone and technical terms.

Create services for recurring billable work — Set up products of type "Service" for things like hourly consulting, monthly maintenance, or project management. When you build an invoice, selecting the service pre-fills the description and rate, saving you from retyping the same line item every month.

Archive seasonal products after the season ends — If you sell products that are only relevant during certain months (e.g., holiday event staffing, summer equipment), archive them when the season is over. They vanish from the picker but come back instantly when you unarchive them next year.

Use bulk VAT rate change when tax rates shift — When Switzerland adjusts VAT rates, select all affected products at once and apply the new rate in a single action. This ensures every future invoice uses the correct rate without editing products one by one.

Pin your most-used products by selecting them regularly — The product picker tracks recently used products and shows them at the top of suggestions. The more consistently you pick from the catalog instead of typing freehand, the faster the picker becomes for your daily workflow.
